Absolutely!: Ask away! lots of family docs & psychiatrists plus other physician specialists with experience. We've heard/seen "everything" plus there's the anonymity of internet so feel free to ask w/o getting embarrassed. However, if you need treatment, then we need you to see your own family doc and/or psychiatrist. Btw, we're not supposed to actually give "advice" but rather just some general ideas etc...

Yes. Any specific : Question? What the mind thinks, the emotions and body respond positively or negatively . Sleep , exercise, meditation , deep breathing exercises, engaging in sports and creative activities , humor are stimulating and relaxing to the mind etc we have renowned psyciatrists in out panel so shoot us more questions in the future .Good day!
