Too late to help: It's too late to help if you're already pregnant. Get a pregnancy test and find out. I'm concerned that you've been trying to become pregnant since age 15. Is that legal in your country? Do either of you have a job with an income that can support a family of three? Parenthood should always be preceded by adulthood.

Go see your doctor!: I'm going to try to just stick to the facts. So buy a home pregnancy test (very inexpensive compared to cost of raising a child) available at most grocery & drug stores. If you're positive, go see your doctor prenatal care. If you're negative, still go see your doctor for preconception counseling. On 2nd thought, be careful b/c your ages suggest possible criminal charges (i'm not an attorney)...
