Can't, unless no sex: If you've not had genital intercourse (sex) for the past 3-4 months, then it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Get a test and pee on the strip. If pregnant see ob/gyn; if not see md (maybe ob/gyn) to see if hormonal issues etc.
