Endometritis: I am sorry for your loss. Please go see your doctor immediately. If you bled w/"something like foetus came out" and now your stomach hurts, you might have endometritis or an infection of your uterus (womb). It's important that you be diagnosed & treated immediately. Do not wait until tomorrow to see if you'll feel better. Go see doctor now. Go to a&e if you need to.

Be seen: It sounds like you had a miscarriage. You need to be seen, particularly if you continue to bleed. You may still have some products of conception inside your uterus.
