Bad Plan!: Day 14 counting from the day your period starts is the most common ovulation day +/- 4 days -- you could still be in your fertile week. This pulling out business is a plan that does not work. When a guy gets excited, there is some pre-ejaculate that is expelled, and that has the most concentrated sperm of all! even though he did not climax inside you, you still may have received a sperm delivery!

Possible, not likely: While starting sex without a condom or other form of birth control is russian roulette if you do not want a pregnancy it is less likely to result in pregnancy. Never count on it though. If you are typically having a 28 day cycle then it would be very unlikley on the 19th day that you could get pregnant. Note that people do not get pregnant after the ovulation, typically on day 14 or so.

Very possible: The pulling out technique ignores the fact that a drop of semen has millions of sperm. You only need one sperm. You are still in your fertile.

PLAN B: Plan b is an emergency contraceptive you can get at the pharmacy without a prescription if you are over 18. The method you used is not effective to prevent pregnancy, so if you are within the first 72 hours since having sex, i encourage you to get Plan B asap if you do not desire pregnancy.
