NORMAL: Your pregnancy hormone level doubles every two days when you are pregnant (or two thirds). The best way to check for twins is an ultrasound. Your levels are high enough for an abdominal or vaginal ultrasound. See your ob/gyn and they can check. Start a prenatal vitamin/folic acid! no alcohol or smoking!
