Not a cold: Colds don't last 3 weeks you have something else. It sounds like hay fever allergies with post nasal drip. Tell your cheap mom you need to be checked out by your md.

3 week cold: You should see a doctor. A cold that lasts 3 weeks is no cold.. It could be allergies or a sinus infection.
