Baker's cyst?: This could be an orthopedic knee injury that sometimes appears as pain in the back of the knee. Try a knee brace, icing the area 20" 1-2x daily, and see if it improves. F you are on oral contraceptives you could have a blood lot but this would be more in the calf muscles. If no relief, seek a medical opinion.
