Changes in the : Female body may occur more significantly when you reach the 40s when the hormone levels will start to decline i.E peri- menopause , mood swings etc. I'd advise u not to look forward to it but enjoy each moment of your life. Stay active , physically mentally socially , help the needs of other people- it's good for the soul , watch comedy shows , stay connected with your family and your maker etc.
