Good insight: The questions are really: what is the origin of these unwanted thought which you rightly recognize as inappropriate (treatable brain disease? Bad habits? Thoughts that may be okay but make you uncomfortable?), and how might you deal with them (you can probably learn ways, reprogram &/or get rx.) your physician can help or refer & if you are willing to work hard, your life can be much better.
