May(be) not: Whether your blood pressure changes or not due to heart problems depends upon problem and its degree. Blood pressure might drop if heart rate starts dropping. Or BP might drop if heart rate starts racing.

Blood pressure: Blood pressure has many components to it and varies depending on the interplay. It changes with problems but also with varied normal conditions.
