Regulate bowel: Keep bowel movements soft and frequent, avoid straining, take extras fiber diet all can help in avoiding worsening of hemorrhoid and possible surgical intervention.

Conservative Measure: Increase water intake, fiber intake, and take a stool softener. As long as your are not in extreme pain or bleeding, i would treat conservatively. Treat the cause which is usually constipation by the above measures.

Office treatment: If your internal hemorrhoids prolapse out through your anus to the point that you notice it, that is not likely to go away on its own (the horse is out of the barn), and it may eventually get to the point that you have to manually push them back in. Most grade 2 internal hemorrhoid prolapse is easily treated with safe and often painless office procedures like rubber band ligation.
