My chest seems to "go in" rather than stay straight. some people call it a pigeon chest. how to fix this?

Unlikely: Out is pigeon- carinatum in is excavatum some major excavatum cases do compress heart and cause symptoms and may need surgery. Most do not need anything except knowledge and consideration. In kids is the time to fix in general.
