No and Not really: The sparkling in sparkling water means you have a carbonated drink. This means you have carbonic acid in your drink and even with out sugar it can not be called healthy. I would encourage you to drink milk from time to time, but, generally water is the best option. Fresh fruit juices are very healty for you too. Do not confuse this with "fruit"juice out of a carton.
