Male or Female: You can not see your urethra as only visible is the urethral opening through which the urine comes out.If you mean your urethral opening is swollen, it may be due to an infection and as it is also itchy it can be due to allergic reaction to a bite or something else.Whatever it is if it is of concern you should have it checked by your doctor.
