Perhaps a few: Mountain dew contains lots of sugar and caffeine. Long term effects of caffeine probably are not that significant, though some may disagree. The sugar is more of a concern. Long term effects could include dental cavities, weight gain, an increased risk to develop type 2 diabetes and possible nutrient deficiencies due to not eating a well-balanced diet.
