Scabies: If the dots are very itchy then they probably are scabies. Usually the would occur on exposed areas of the body where you may have had direct contact with your sister's skin, like the hands or forearms. If they are not itchy then they are not likely to be scabies. Ask your doctor for a prescription for Elimite (permethrin) cream if you are unsure.
