How do beta blockers cause erectile dysfunction?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Beta blockers: They don't do this in everybody, in fact its fairly uncommon. The people who get beta blockers often have vascular disease which itself can cause ed. Some have psychologic problems which can add to it. The blood pressure and receptor activity could also contribute.
