Yes: Each person can decide what treatment they would want, or if no treatment is wanted. You would need to be fully informed of the risks of treatment or no treatment. Untreated cancers grow, and spread. Neglected breast cancers can turn into open bleeding skin ulcers, spread to lung or bones, etc.
