No: Maybe you overdid it or you exercise too much too soon requiring the body to take a long time to recover. In any case, you shouldn't feel bad all day after exercise. Talk to your doctor about this. Make sure the hashimoto's is adequately treated and the thyroid hormones are now in the normal range. Stay hydrated duing exercise. Good luck.

No: That's not normal, but may not be related to your thyroid if your levothyroxine dose is correct. If dose correct, look for other reasons (could be simple reasons, like npt enough sleep or insufficient hydration) bc it's not normal.
