Benign tumors have little to no anaplasia. what does that phrase mean?

Tumors and aplasia: Apalsia is the term used to describe the microscopic changes seen in cells that are tumor cells. They look different from normal cells. They take on darker satins for e.G or are larger or ahve more specles, etc.
