A member asked:

How does the melted skin (caused by friction) from blisters become clear?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Interstital fluid: The friction causes the separation of the epidermis and dermis. Into that space caused by the trauma insterstitial fluid collects which is slightly yellow in color. It creates a cushion to protect the underlying skin while it heals.
