Heat: Touching or walking on something very hot can cause blistering, even with no friction.

There is a : Form of a blistering fungus that can do this. There are however other possibilities. I would recommend you see a dermatologist who can simply take a biopsy of one of the blisters and you would get a pathological diagnosis. There are other causes aside from the fungus...
