Caffeine can: Interfere with pharmacological nuclear stress tests...Best would be to do test with exercise or defer to caffeine free time.

No need to worry: You didn't mention whether the test was positive. Even then caffeine induced heart rate increase should not cause any problems. Hope you don't smoke.
