Baby is 3 months old. she started getting out of her carseat a little before she was 7 weeks old. is this normal?carseat is not strapped, not in car

Confusing question: No 3mo infant should have the motor skills to separate the chest clip or other straps of an infant car seat. If you mean she wiggles out of an unrestrained setting in a car seat , yes they can.Infants can wiggle & flip & have been known to become entangled in blankets & suffocate or flip the seat off a table.Best to strap them in during use as a seat.
