?Fifth's disease: Erythema infectiosum or fifth disease is caused by the parvo virus b-19. And can often present as a "slapped cheek" appearance of a rash that can also spread to the hands. It is self limiting and treatment is supportive. (rest, fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever and aches). If persists, see the dr.
