A member asked:

Can an o positive mom and o negative dad have a b positive child?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: One situation is if a parent has the bombay phenotype that prevents expression of a and b antigens despite having the genes. Please don't base decisions about who may or may not be someone 's parent on a single gene; we have much better ways nowadays.
