Being 21+, my final height is 5'6.5".as a child, i was very studious, stressful and follower of sedentary lifestyle.my dad is 5'5" and mom is 4'10".if i might have followed a good lifestyle, will my height be somewhat greater than now?

It is difficult to affect your height by what you describe. You are already taller than both parents so you and they have done a good job.

The expected final height of males is the average of both parents + 2.5 inches, plus or minus an inch. The numbers you list make you above the expected final height based on genetics. I would accept what you have and not think more could have been done.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You have a normal height for a male. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
