It is difficult to affect your height by what you describe. You are already taller than both parents so you and they have done a good job.

The expected final height of males is the average of both parents + 2.5 inches, plus or minus an inch. The numbers you list make you above the expected final height based on genetics. I would accept what you have and not think more could have been done.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. You have a normal height for a male. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
