Usually Gallstones: This type of pain is typical for gallstones.F course, a lot depends upon more details regarding pain. If occurs after eating, particularly fatty foods, even more likely to be gallbladder related. Easy enough to find out- get an ultrasound. If neg could be something else lie an ulcer.
