I know the period that u get while on bc pills is more withdraw bleeding and was wondering that if u did get prg on pills would you still miss period?

Birth control pills: Yes - if you become pregnant while using the pill, most women will still miss their period/withdrawal bleed. If you are taking the placebo pills and not getting a period, you should take a pregnancy test.
