A member asked:

Can a reduced appetite come from severe/chronic gas, or is this always a sign of something more serious?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many causes: A reduced appetite can be caused by a variety of conditions some relatively benign others more serious. Chronic gas and the associated pain/discomfort can reduce your appetite. Try taking an over the counter medication called simethicone aka gas x. Be well.
