Weight Loss exercise: Please remember that to lose weight with exercise the exercise should be moderate in intensity. This means a heart rate of about 115 to 130 per minute for at least twenty minutes at a time at this rate you will burn the right calories to help you lose weight. Any higher intensity and you burn the wrong tissues and calories and may not lose weight efficiently.
