Contact physician: Swelling at the site of a recent injection may reflect local inflammation but after 4-5 days it is more indicative of a local inflammation or cellulitis which may require antibiotics. This should be evaluated asap to prevent more serious complications. Topical ice application may help with comfort but you need to contact whomever gave you the injection for evaluation and treatment.
