Call your doctor: It sounds like the Mirena (levonorgestrel) was helping your bleeding, and now that it has come out your period is very heavy and painful. It sounds like the bleeding is flowing like a faucet. Call your doctor - it sounds like you need to be seen and possibly have blood work done.
