Your first menses after IUD removal is likely to be different than normal as your body adjusts to not having it. If your menses doesn’t end in the next couple of days, contact your gynecologist. If you get symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, etc. then definitely contact your gynecologist to see if you are anemic. Your next menses will likely be more like your baseline menses.
