Uloric: This is used for the chronic management of hyperuricemia in patients with gout.

May not need any med: Uloric is not a first line treatment for gout and is very expensive. If you do not have a history of gout, no medication is needed. If you do have gout or kidney stones, start with Allopurinol unless you have significant kidney problems or a known intolerance to allopurinol.
