OCULAR, VESTIBULAR: Possible causation includes some long-term ocular imbalance where eyes have incomplete fusion, problems with brainstem vestibular system or inner ear, and even pts with history of migraine events. If this is troubling, perhaps get a videonystagmogram and pin down the issues.

Reading Discomfort: Problems when reading, be it on a computer or a book may indicate a refractive error requiring glasses. If the dizziness only occurs with computer it may be related to dry eyes as the natural blink reflex is reduced when on a computer verses reading a book or magazine. You can buy a bottle of artificial tears over the counter and use then when on the computer if this does not help consult an eye c.
