Two options:: 1) light bleeding in early pregnancy is extremely common, and roughly 90-95% of young women (like 23) carry normally after 1st trimester bleeding. 2) nothing is a guarantee, you could seek another doctor who might see you earlier; i see patients in my office all week long for this.
