can you have elevated enzymes over 900 with low blood pressure and a blockage in the liver? what causes it and could this damage the liver even more?

Dr. Calvin Weisberger answered

Liver: If you have outflow obstruction from the liver you certainly could have very high enzymes. The outflow could be venous or bile ducts. The backflow of bile and increase venous pressure certainly could cause hepatocellular damage.

See your doctor: You may need further evaluation to determine the full extent of your illness, and that may include referral to a gastroenterologist. There are many aspects of pathology associated with liver disease, so continue the evaluation.
