? muscular: Pain that is exacerbated by motion is suspicious for a muscular strain. However, inflammation inside the abdomen can also be worsened by certain motion. Diverticulitis, gynecological pathology (not sure if you are male or female), kidney stones are all possibilities. Get it checked by a doc.
