I can feel my pulse in my groin. its only on the right side and is very pronounced. it comes and goes and feels like a very strong vibration.

Should feel both : Normally you should be able to feel your pulse in the same area on both sides. You should have your doctor examine it to determine if there is something wrong with your femoral artery.

Need to seea vascula: You may have an aneurysm. You need further evaluation and sonogram studies see your cardiologist or vascular doctor.
