Dry: Your severe thirst may be an indication that you are way behind on your fluid balance. Your dizziness could be a further indication of that (by low blood pressure). Have you been vomiting? Producing an unusual amount of urine? At any rate, if you're unable to satisfy your thirst because of nausea, you may well need IV fluids. Don't wait til you're really sick before seeking medical care.
