Ganglion cyst: Ganglion cysts are common in young females. They frequently occur on the back of the wrist. About half of them hurt. You may need to see your family doctor.

Cyst, sprain, ?fx: As per the other dr, it could be a ganglionic cyst, but if "tumbling" and you fell on it, now have a lump that is painful, it could be a sprain, or even a fracture. See your dr. For an evaluation, and any necessary testing to get properly dx, goodluck.
