Protection: Start with a corn pad to protect the area. It will tske the pressure off and relieve dome of the pain.

Corn: Try the over the counter products that have 20% salicyclic acid. This should "dissolve" the corn over a period of about 14 days. You can also pad your shoes with lambs wool. If this doesn't do it or if it comes back, you may need to see a podiatrist. You should refrain from trying to cut the corn yourself unless the podiatrist gives you the go ahead.
