I had a cold sore on my breast and i don't know why... where did i get it or is this a symptom of a serious illness?

See a doctor: Have somebody with professional training get a look at this. Cold sores on the breast do not generally happen, and am afraid this may be something more severe. Get it looked at, by a dermatologist if possible. Hope this clears up soon.
