My fertity md told me to take this mitochondrial energy optimizer with biopqq, he said it works with fertlity , does it ?

Worthless: There are no supplements that optimize or in any way influence or alter mitochondria. That's all garbage. Don't waste your money. Don't get medical information from friends, tv or the internet. If you have questions, ask a real doctor.

That is news: Pyrroloquinoline quinone is an interesting molecule promoted as a health supplement. Real studies are a confusing read. I ran a search of the nih database and found a single article in ex bio med feb 2003 from uc davis in which mice supplemented in this had larger litters. If you want to spend $100 for a bottle, that is up to you.
