Too soon...: Coq10 is thought to return the resilience of the mitochondrial wall to normal if it is depleted, due to, for example, taking statins for high cholesterol. There are no good scientific studies that, in my assessment, proves this; it is variable, but some feel more energy within a few weeks or months. The dose you are talking about are high, but i believe dr. Andrew weill recommends that.
