Allergic to meds: It's possible you are having a reaction to the amoxacillin. The white appearance of your tounge is a different issue and most likely benign. The red bumps on your tounge are usually associated with trauma but can also be an early sign of allergic reaction esp when there are other symptoms like rash, and itching . Check in with the dentist that prescribed it.

Possible candidiasis: Another possibility is an oral yeast infection getting started, this will require an exam from a clinician and possible lab tests to determine. Sometimes antibiotics will alter the bacterial ecology in your mouth and cause what you describe as a side effect. Allergy is a much more serious issue so if you develop hives, a rash, difficulty breathing or related issues, get a consult asap.

Fungus: An over growth of candice. A normal member of the oral flora. Once the antibiotics are discontinued your oral flora should return to a normal balance.
