Permanent: They are either genetic or traumatic, and either is not going to change absent hair dye. How are you "suffering"? It is part of what makes you unique.

White forelocks: If you have no other medical problems this is nothing to worry about . Since you have had this since birth it is congenital. Will most likely not go away. U can use hair dyes if it bothers you that much.
