Cannot rule out: No protection method, aside from abstinence, is 100%; not even Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone). If you are concerned about pregnancy, you should do a pregnancy test. Depending on the antibiotic you took, the efficacy of the birth control may have been decreased.
